Favorite Wine Time or Holiday Wines
It’s buyer’s choice for this holiday session of Wine Time! Bring a favorite wine (or two) you’ve discovered during a Wine Time session OR bring a favorite wine that you love so much, you think we should all know about it. If the holidays are on your mind and you want to share a wine that would be perfect with a holiday meal, then that works, too. Any type of wine at any price point is welcome, as long as you enjoy the wine. I look forward to seeing what you all bring.
For those of you who will be coming to visit us here in Napa next year as part of this year’s Getaway auction lot and are thinking of adding an optional third day of activities – or if you are just thinking about planning a visit to wine country or looking for gifts for wine lovers – the Sonoma County Online Wine Auction is running through December 8 at https://sonomacountywineauction.com/online-auction/. There are 45 auction lots of winery experiences and wine collections for delivery, some may go for a steal. Proceeds benefit the Sonoma County Vintners Foundation (my employer) for our annual community grants and emergency relief fund. The board and philanthropy team may want to take a peek to see how this auction is being hosted on the Greater Giving platform, I’m happy to answer any questions about it as I put the auction lots together in the platform.
