Introducing Wild Apricot

June 30, 2026 by FAUSA Webmaster

As FAUSA continues to grow, it became important for us to have a membership and activities platform that better supports our community, simplifies processes, and creates a smoother experience for everyone. After careful consideration, we chose Wild Apricot because it allows us to do just that.

If you used Wild Apricot with your FAWCO club, you’ll remember how easy it is to pay dues and sign up for events—and we’re excited to bring that same simplicity to FAUSA.

Here’s what this means for you:

One place for membership essentials

Wild Apricot is now where you’ll go to:

  • Access the membership directory
  • Pay annual dues
  • Register for FAUSA events

Easier event registration & payments

Event sign-ups are more streamlined, confirmations are immediate, Zoom links are automatically sent, calendar invites can be added with one click, and payments are secure and straightforward.

Improved communication

The platform helps us communicate more efficiently with members, ensuring you receive timely updates, event reminders, and important announcements.

Better data security & accuracy

Using a dedicated membership platform helps us keep member information secure and up to date.

Our website will no longer include a members-only area and will now serve as FAUSA’s public-facing business page. Wild Apricot will serve as our dedicated member information platform, handling membership management and event registrations.

During this transition phase, you will no longer be able to access the members-only section of the website. We encourage all members to create their Wild Apricot account as soon as possible to ensure continued access to member information.

Getting Started

If you notice anything missing from the Wild Apricot site, please reach out to membership@fausa.org so we can assist you.

To get started, each member will receive an email from FAWCO Alumnae USA fausa@wildapricot.org. Log on to Wild Apricot with your email address and the password provided using the link in the email. After accepting Wild Apricot’s terms of use, you should be taken directly to your profile page. For more information see the Wild Apricot instructions for members and the Wild Apricot FAQ.

As we continue rolling things out, we suggest you download the Wild Apricot mobile app, making it even easier to stay connected and register for activities. However, if you prefer to use the Wild Apricot website, that will also be available to you.

We truly appreciate your flexibility and support as we make this transition. Our goal is always to make FAUSA stronger, more connected, and easier to engage with—and this step helps us do just that.

As always, if you have questions or need help getting set up, we’re happy to assist. You can reach out to Linda Harvan at membership@fausa.org  or to me at president@fausa.org.

Warm regards,

Brenda Brinkley
President, FAUSA
